CASCO is a leading commercial Architectural & Engineering firm, employing approximately 125 staff members. CASCO has a strong client base in the retail, hospitality and industrial sectors, and works on projects across the United States. Our headquarters is conveniently located in Sunset Hills, MO.

responsibilities and duties
The successful candidate will emphasize client service and utilize their aptitude to create progressive design.
As a full-service architecture and engineering firm, we provide a wide range of services for our clients across multiple market segments including educational, government, healthcare, retail, restaurant, industrial, and distribution center/call centers. Our many client types offer endless possibilities for engagement in projects of all sizes and styles.
CASCO's philosophy is to foster and mentor professional development in a studio atmosphere where everyone’s talents and experiences are appreciated, needed, and nurtured. Staff work in integrated teams of interior designers, architects, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers focused on total design solutions for our clients. The team environment provides entry-level candidates with the chance to actually design, while being supported by the expertise of professionals.
qualifications and skills
Candidates should possess a solid technical background, strong communication skills and be experienced with using AutoCAD. Revit and Sketchup experience are a plus. Applicants should be self-motivated and comfortable working in small project teams on a range of tasks simultaneously. Client communication and some travel will be required.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture and between 0 and 3 years of experience is required.
