This state-of-the-art rigid packaging plant contains the widest 8-color flexographic printing press in the United States. At approximately 275,304 s.f., this manufacturing and office facility has advanced Burrows’ leadership position in the supply of specialty packaging to the quick-service restaurant industry.​ CASCO's primarily role is to analyze engineering factors, advantages & disadvantages, and estimated costs associated with remodeling an existing facility versus a proposed Greenfield site. Many business factors are considered,  such as cost, image, exposure, and long term maximum residual value.

Evergreen Packaging, located in Canton and Waynesville, North Carolina, is America's largest producer of table-top juice and milk cartons. Phase I services consist of Detail Scope and Cost Estimates. Our deliverables includes an executive summary, schematic drawings (Mechanical, Electrical and Architectural) to convey scope and cost estimates.  Phase I includes the review of the building construction, processes, building utilities and building components.  Final analysis is typically diagrammed on plan view including product flow and physical depiction of proposed roll stock, WIP and finished goods.
