CASCO originally designed and engineered the 179,000 s.f. warehouse and DC for Rooms to Go in 2009. Our scope of work included Pre-Design services for Entitlements and Architectural, Structural & MEP Construction Documents. CASCO's Project Manager also was responsible for permitting in this highly regulated environment.
We also completed a new 200,000 s.f. DC for Rooms To Go in Bridgeport, NJ.

The Hazardous Materials "Red Room" is an important design feature in O'Reilly Automotive's warehouse / shipping operation facilities. The Houston return center is used to receive, store and ship returned merchandise from O'Reilly Auto Parts' retail operations.

In addition to designing over 2,000 Home Depot retail stores, CASCO was heavily involved in their Lumber DC expansion program. The project's typical scope of work includes upgrade of the electrical systems, new canopies, office redesign, and redesign of pavement and truck access.
Projects are located in Charlotte, NC; Commerce City, CO; Hammond, LA; Hillside, IL; Houston, TX; Romulus, NJ; San Antonio, TX and Solon, OH.
