CASCO has significant hospitality design  experience.  We support OTO Development's ground-up expansion program of the Marriott, Residence Inn, Hampton Inn, and SpringHill Suites brands.  The 4-story, 117 guestroom hotels typically include an indoor pool with a custom configuration, fitness center, great room with buffet area and a meeting/conference room.

Designing the properties for proper dehumidification, while ensuring an envelope sufficient to mitigate moisture from within the pool space, is instrumental to the success of each project.

The four story timber destination resorts include up to 400 guest suites and offer a choice of ten different suite configurations.  Each resort offers a wide range of amenities including five themed restaurants, an arcade, spa, fitness room and meeting and banquet spaces.

Each lodge features a 3 story grand lobby, complete with a fieldstone fireplace.  At the center of the resort, just behind the lobby entrance, windows overlook the main attraction, a 90’ tall indoor water park complex measuring over 100,000 sq. ft.

Sheboygan, WI

Described as “An Elegant Affair on a Great Lake”, Blue Harbor Resort is a classic lake-side resort.  The property offers 182 family-sized suites and 64 villas. Dining options include a fine dining restaurant, tapas bar, cafes and a Starbucks.  Guests seeking serenity and pampering enjoy Reflections, a full-service salon, spa, and children's arcade.  Children and adults alike enjoy the fun-filled four-story, 43,000 sq. ft. indoor water park.

Extended Stay America and Studio Plus properties are typically 3 to 5-story suite hotels consisting of approximately 110 to 150 units each.  A key component of our services to Extended Stay America's real estate department was the preparation of initial site layouts for over 100 properties throughout the United States.​ Other services include the development and maintenance of Prototypes for both the Extended Stay America and Studio Plus brands.  The Prototypes were developed utilizing a blend of Autocad and BIM modeling.

We offer extensive experience in the design and engineering of time share properties.  Facilities range from single story to four stories high; and house 6 to 16 units each. In addition to the timeshare units, CASCO prepares architectural and engineering plans for the resorts' core support and entertainment areas, including a Waterpark, Member Services, Sales and Registration.  To date, CASCO has designed over 250 units in 13  resorts located in FL, GA, IL, MA, MO, PA, TX, and WI.
