Children's Learning Adventure
CASCO assists Children's Learning Adventure in the development of over 40 Learning Center facilities located across the country. Our scope of work includes Due Diligence, Site Feasibility Investigations, Entitlements, Site Planning and Development of the Classroom Footprints per State Licensing Guidelines. Our Construction Document development includes Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
Tutor Time
CASCO designed over 30 projects during Tutor Time's aggressive expansion. Services include Site Feasibility Studies, Entitlements, Site Planning, Building Information Modeling, Schematic Design, State Licensing Requirements, Prototype Development and Site Adaption of A/S/MEP Construction Documents.
A large interactive play area is the focal-point of each facility. With activities for children of all ages, “Tutor Towne” is designed to encourage motor, sensory, social, & problem-solving skills in a real-world environment.
Creme de la Creme
Crème de la Crème, a high-end child learning center, engaged CASCO to develop a Prototype to meet the needs of their new expansion program. Upon completion of the prototype we assisted with the roll-out of site adaptations; completing Entitlements, Planning, Fixture Development, Licensing Requirements and Construction Documents for over 20 projects.
At approximately 21,000 s.f., a typical center is designed to allow the teachers to deliver the benefits of a rotation-based, team-taught curriculum. Specialized enrichment classrooms for music, art, computer skills, creative movement, and second language further this approach.
