Renovations at the Bed Bath & Beyond corporate headquarters are an on-going project encompassing a seven year schedule. Our engineering staff surveyed the building to document existing conditions in relationship to Egress and Life Safety issues, and to analyze deficiencies in the building systems.

 

CASCO designed and engineered the building system upgrades to modify the central HVAC system, air distribution system on the first floor of the main building and the annex.  Additional phases included modifications to the second floor and Payroll Departments.
