Opened in November 2017 the clinic is located within the Chinatown area of San Francisco. The original building which was a flea market was completely renovated to include new electrical service from PG&E, a fire sprinkler system and all mechanical equipment.

Midland and CASCO have teamed with Zip Clinic to expand their locations, including their Bozeman clinic which opened in the spring of 2017. Zip clinic is looking at a number of additional locations in the southeastern part of the United States, and our team is excited to be part of their expansion.
Carolina Priority Care
Oak Ridge, North Carolina
This contemporary clinic opened in the Spring of 2017, and is the second Midland and CASCO clinic project recently completed in the North Carolina market.
TEXPRESS Urgent Care
Huntsville, Texas
Midland and CASCO teamed with the clinic owner to open their first location in the spring of 2017. The 3,500 square foot clinic is part of the newly opened Market at Huntsville development.
Midland General Contractors - Urgent Care Program
CASCO has teamed with Midland General Contractors to provide urgent care clinic owners with a comprehensive program that delivers quality design and construction services, with nationwide coverage.

STAT-MD Urgent Care
Salt Lake City, UT (region)
Midland and CASCO completed STAT-MD's first location in the fall of 2015 in Park City, UT, and the second location in West Jordan, Utah in the spring of 2017. The locations share a common "mountain" themed interior design package.

The Midland-CASCO team completed our first clinic project in North Carolina during the fall of 2015. The standalone building is part of an overall development in the community of Jamestown.
Integrative Urgent Care
Glendora, CA
The 3,100 square foot tenant in-fill converted a former retail space in to Integrative Urgent Care's first location in southern California. The Midland and CASCO team completed the project in the fall of 2016.
Texas BESTMED Urgent Care
Lumberton, TX
This large urgent care clinic was completed by the Midland and CASCO team during the spring of 2016, and is the first of many projected BESTMED locations across the state of Texas.
Benchmark Urgent & Family Care
Sacramento, California
This unique clinic not only provides urgent care services, but was designed and constructed by the Midland and CASCO team to provide future services for vaccine testing.
Wellspring Urgent Care
Culpeper, VA
The Midland-CASCO team worked with the owner to capture their vision for the conversion of an existing bank building. The project also involved the addition of a high glass "rotunda" expansion at the front of the existing building in order to achieve the owner's desire to provide maximum natural light. Natural light was also designed in to the clinical area to provide a unique visual experience for patients and staff. The project was completed in the spring of 2017.
