All of our services are offered in a menu fashion to fit the needs of each client. For competitive bid projects our Project Managers can pre-qualify contractors, coordinate and attend pre-bid meetings, issue construction documents for bid via hard-copy or secure FTP site (yours or ours), tabulate the bids and review the costs with your representatives.
RFI's and Shop Drawing Review:

Our involvement doesn't end when the design of your project is complete. Consistent with our philosophy of exceptional service, responses to Contractors' RFI's are issued within 24 hours. Our project team understands the importance of the timely review of Shop Drawings, Submittals, and RFI's and tracks the receipt and issue dates to maintain project control.

Your dedicated CASCO Project Manager will tailor their site visits to supplement your representation on-site. We can coordinate solutions to field problems, monitor job progress, and approve pay applications & post-construction certifications. Punch Lists can be performed by a single Project Manager or by representatives of our Architectural and Engineering disciplines to verify conformance with the design documents. Our network of regional and satellite offices offers quick response and reduced travel costs.
