Site survey information and dimensioned base plans are compiled to determine the best reuse of the space, create accurate Lease Outline Documents and prepare Construction Documents. Our Site Development Coordinators know what it takes to get the necessary development approvals. The "due diligence" phase customarily occurs between completion of the Site Feasibility and the start of Construction Documents. We will apply for variances and approvals, prepare site plans / architectural elevations and represent you at planning, zoning & ARB meetings.
