Pirch, which specializes in premium lifestyle products for the home, is changing its name to PIRCH.  As the name suggests, it offers  an elevated experience, a place to branch out and discover new ways to 'feather your nest'. We are excited to be supporting this  new retailer in the roll-out of their new concept.  CASCO's scope of work includes Architectural, Structural, and MEP Construction Documents for both their retail facilities and distribution facilities.

CASCO has assisted Bass Pro Shops since 2006 with the design of eleven (11) ground-up projects and a 286,000 s.f. re-development in Clarksville, IN. Bass Pro Shops continues their expansion program and CASCO is currently designing multiple projects in FL, NH and WA.Most locations include themed restaurants, bowling and billiards,  water features, children’s interactive shooting arcade and an indoor archery.

In 2007, CASCO joined the Kohl’s remodel team, incorporating their prototype upgrades into multiple stores throughout the United States.   To date, we continue to support them and have prepared remodel A/S/MEP construction documents for over 200 stores. Highlights of the remodels include an exterior facade upgrade, new finishes (inside and out), restroom and lighting updates.

Since 1995 CASCO has served as a preferred architectural & engineering firm for Bed Bath & Beyond’s namesake brand, as well as their Christmas Tree Shops retail brand.  We provide professional design services directly to Bed Bath & Beyond on self-developed projects and  works with property owners on developer the turn-key  projects.  Many of our projects involve extensive re-development of existing spaces, in-fills and carve-outs. Post construction services include coordination of Bed Bath & Beyond’s maintenance program, RTU replacements, structural analysis, storm damage surveys and roofing repairs.

Southeast & Puerto Rico

CASCO is Rooms To Go’s single-source for A/E Services.  We recently celebrated 25 years of teaming together in their expansion program. Our involvement includes managing their prototype and preparing site adaption A/S/MEP construction documents.  Projects are both ground-up and remodels for various store formats,  including Rooms To Go Showrooms, “Kids” Showrooms, “Combo” stores and Distribution Centers throughout the US and Puerto Rico.

CASCO is a preferred Architect to PetSmart for both their prototype development and site adaptations.  We have completed over 500 projects for PetSmart and Developers since 1995.  Projects include Prototype Development and Maintenance, Ground-Up, Remodel and Renovation Projects for the PetSmart and PetSmart Hotel programs.

CASCO first assisted Ross in 2007 with the development of their dd’s Discount Prototype.  Since that time CASCO has designed site adapt projects across the nation for both the Ross Dress For Less and dd’s Discounts formats.  In 2011 we began assisting Ross with their store expansion into the Midwest.

CASCO has designed several mall sites, carving-out up to six (6) multiple tenant spaces to accommodate the Ross prototype plan.

Since 1978, CASCO and Toys “R” Us have partnered to design stores that accommodate the ever-changing demands of the customer.  We are currently assisting them with their strategy to bring Toys 'R' Us and Babies 'R' Us together in an integrated store format.  This initiative includes the design of ground-up Super Side By Sides; as well as the smaller footprint Side by Side expansions/remodel of existing stores.
