Roti Mediterranean Grill, continues to expand in three major metropolitan markets (Chicago, Washington D.C. and New York City). 

Our services include:  Due Diligence, Building Surveys, A/M/E/P Construction Documents, Vendor Coordination, Permitting, Limited Construction Phase Services, and Punch Walks.

When requested, CASCO will represent Roti as part of the entitlement process, to include providing photo-realistic colored renderings, material sample boards and presentations at Planning or Architectural Board hearings.

Nationwide

Since 2002, CASCO has designed over 75 restaurants for Jimmy Johns and their franchisees. Since many of the Franchisees are  unfamiliar with design and construction, a high level of attention is required during the Design Development phase. CASCO prepares the Prototype and Site Specific Construction Documents utilizing Building Information    Modeling to help visualize the end result.

Midwest

CASCO was chosen by Elephant Bar Restaurant to bring their unique restaurant format to the Midwest. Our scope included extensive Design/Development, preparing construction documents, Building/ Health Department permitting, and   construction services for ground-up and takeover facilities.

Nationwide (Bass Pro Shops)

CASCO assisted Bass Pro Shops in the design development of an 8,000 + sq. ft. Islamorada Fish Company restaurant to be placed within several of their retail stores across the United States.  An 11,500 gallon saltwater aquarium, located directly behind the bar, is home to scores of colorful, exotic fish. The restaurant seats 200+ inside and also offers an outdoor dining patio capable of seating 75+.

Sheboygan, WI (Blue Harbor Resort)

This “destination resort” in Sheboygan, WI features several casual themed restaurants, snack bars, and kiosks as well as two fine dining facilities: the Seabird Restaurant and Blue Point Wine & Tapas Bar.

Nationwide

Tacala, the premier franchise operator of Taco Bell restaurants in the nation,  engaged CASCO to provide services for their national program.  We have designed and engineered ground-up and remodel Taco Bell restaurants in Missouri, Virginia and Alabama.  Our scope of work included Site Planning, Due Diligence and A/S/MEP design documents.

Brick, NJ

Tommy’s Coal Fire Pizza in Brick, NJ took over an empty shell in a strip center.  At 4,354 s.f., it has seating for 114 in the restaurant and 20 in the bar.  The coal fired oven operates at up to 1000 degrees and requires special consideration of surrounding seating, as well as overall HVAC engineering.
