Mr. Dahms’ versatile background includes mechanical, electrical, civil, and architectural design as well as construction administration, project management, and financial feasibility analysis and budgeting. 

 

He has been involved in all aspects of design including life safety code analysis, design, value engineering, entitlements, permitting, and construction for projects nationwide.

 

Most recently, Steve has been involved as Project Leader for a LEED project in the supermarket industry and Account Manager for CASCO’s Urgent Care clients.
