TDLR stops in-house plan reviews and inspections

Since Registered Accessiblity Specialists (RAS) already account for 97% of the required Architectural Barriers plan reviews it was only a matter of time.

The TDLR states that the move will free up staff to focus on auditing and create more opportunities for the private sector.
